Installing a printer on Windows 10.


Click START and then Settings.



In Settings, click Devices.



Click Printers and Scanners and then click + Add a printer or scanner.



It will search for the printer or scanner.



Once the printer is found, select it and it will automatically install.


If it does not find it, click The printer that I want isn't listed.


Select Add a printer using TCP/IP address or hostname.


Type the IP address of the printer.



It will detect the hardware.



It may not be able to detect it, click next.


Select the driver software and click Next.



Once the software is installed click Next or Finish.
