Problem: Outlook crashes on launch.

Solution: Disable the Outlook Social Connector 2016.

Press the WINDOWS Key and R at the same time. That will launch the RUN dialog box.

In the RUN dialog box type outlook /safe and click OK.

When Outlook opens, on the menu go to FILE > Options.

In the Options panel, click the Add-Ins tab. The click the GO button next to Manage COM Add-Ins.

Uncheck the box next to the Outlook Social Connecter 2016 in the COM Add-Ins list and then click OK.

Restart Outlook normally.
