To set the call handling for a phone line, go to https://service.ringcentral.com and login. Then click Settings at the top menu. If you use a Single Sign-On service, click the Single Sign-On button below the username box and sign in with your SSO provider.


You can manage the settings for another user if you are an admin. Go to https://service.ringcentral.com and login. Then click Users > Users With Extensions. Then select the extension.


Select Call Handling and Forwarding for the extension. Then choose whether to ring each phone sequentially or simultaneously. Then choose which phones should ring. You can change the order, if necessary.


To change the voicemail greeting, select Messages. Then click Edit under the voicemail greeting and choose Custom from the drop-down menu. Then click the record button to use your device's microphone to record a custom greeting.


You can choose to send the messages to a different extension by choosing specific extension and choosing another extension.
