Remove a user from Dropbox for Business


Login to the Dropbox Admin Panel and select Members from the left side panel. Select the user to be removed from the list of active users. Then click Delete member from the options on the right side.



Then choose to weather to transfer the data, delete it from the user's devices, or convert the user to individual account. Then click Continue.



Confirm the chosen options, then click Delete account to complete the removal.


Transfer files after deleting user from the team


If the user was deleted without transferring the files in the process, you have 180 days to transfer.


Select the deleted member and choose Manage Files.


Select a target user and click Submit.
