To add a user to RingCentral, Login to the RingCentral Admin Panel. Navigate to Users > User List > Users with Extensions. Then click the +Add User button.

Select the MVP User license.

Enter the details for the new user.

Select Send invite or another option and click Submit.

Remove a user from RingCentral

To remove a user, navigate to Users > User List > Users with Extensions. Select the user to be removed. 

Click Disable to disable the current user's access but keep the account to be reactivated later. The greeting and voicemail or text messages will be retained.

Click Delete to remove the account. The entire account data will be destroyed, but the extension will still be available for later use.
