To use OneDrive, first login to your account at office.com. If you have never logged into your Microsoft 365 account, follow this first-time sign-in tutorial.


When logged in, press the waffle application launcher at the top left and click OneDrive.


The first time you open OneDrive, you may get a first-time message. The arrow next to Your OneDrive is ready to get started.


Your OneDrive opens to the Home page. This will show files you recently worked on. To see all your files, click My files. To search for a file, type the name, file type or a portion of its content in the search bar at the top.


My files will show the content of the top-level folder. Click a file or folder to open it.


Changes you make in a file that you open are automatically saved.
